How long does it take my order to ship?

We ask that you give our independent touring artist about a week to fulfill your order.

When will I receive my order?

Once you are emailed your shipping confirmation, standard USPS shipping arrives within 10-14 business days.

That being said, our government probably isn’t paying postal workers enough, so cut those guys some slack!

Why is my delivery delayed?

We always attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. Please contact bob@bobmalone.com with any questions.

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund.

A refund will be issued for the price of the item upon its check in and processing. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.  

While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

Music must be unopened.

Books must be in their original condition.

Clothing must be unworn & unwashed.

No personalized items may be returned.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I cancel my order?

We regret that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed for shipment.

We recommend that upon receipt of your order that you contact
